Terms and conditions: Artwork submission
1 All artwork entries are submitted on the understanding that due acknowledgement will be given to the young person who submitted the entry e.g. John Smith Age 14 from Manchester (unless that person specifically requests their name is not used).

2 All artwork entries are submitted on the understanding they are copyright free.

3 All artwork entries are submitted on the understanding that they can be used by companies and organisations for communication purposes in publications, graphics or websites (or other communication media).

4 All artwork entries are submitted on the understanding that there is no guarantee that all entries submitted will appear in the online galleries. The final selection of entries for the galleries will be made by the website operators.

5 If your artwork is used by an organisation a copy of its application will be sent to you.

2 All artwork entries can be used free of charge (we are encouraging use in publications, posters, news sheets and other promotional/information material).

3 All artwork entries can be used on the understanding that the artwork is not fundamentally altered in any way.

4 All artwork entries can be used on the understanding that they are not used in any material that can be considered obscene, racist or offensive in any way.

5 An email stating what artwork is required and its use must be sent to request@northernartzone.net.
